Clean, bright, intense cherry red, with ruby rim. Intense on the nose, fresh fruits hints, sweet and warm notes due to the barrel ageing. Pleasant on the palate, tasty. Long finish, smooth and toasted.
It matches with any kind of meat and mushrooms rice. Some tasty or oily fish such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheese such as emmental or gruyere.
