A great wine in a limited edition that is only made in very special vintages. This is the result of the best Tempranillo and Graciano grapes from our own low-yield vineyards, harvested by hand into small shallow trays and selected on arrival at the winery. Vinification is carried out separately in small tanks and the wine is aged for at least 20 months in medium toast new Allier oak casks. The result is a clean, cherry-red wine with a ruby-red rim and a complex aroma with hints of ripe fruit and spices on a smooth base that evokes new wood.
Ample in the mouth, meaty, with good tannic structure, ending with an elegant and well-assembled bouquet.
