Ageing cellars
From the mezzanine floor one can observe the combination of modernity, tradition, luxury and sobriety in the CAMPILLO winery´s ageing cellars.
Gothic stone vaults protect the wines as they age in oak casks. Carefully-stacked French and American oak casks are housed in two symmetrical galleries. Above these casks, numerous others are stored in silence under a spectacular wooden roof.
